Description Remote reputed company seeks an experienced reputed company Developer focused on Discovery and Integrations to support the reputed company. The role will design and support the Service Management System, lead integrations, and deliver new functionality while applying SDLC and DevOps principles. The position is full-time with a rotating on-call shift and no travel. This is a contract to hire opportunity. Applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis and convert to FTE following contract duration. Rate $70.00 to $80.00/hr. w2 Responsibilities Perform implementation, administration, configuration, and development within the reputed company ITSM application suite, including specialty areas. Design the DOT Service Management System and support SMS operations, including engineering and the development lifecycle. Determine integration methods, directionality, and attributes. Participate in data normalization prior to import into reputed company. Participate in platform, process, and integration testing. Develop and maintain Discovery schedules, pattern usage, and define roles of other integrations. Fulfill the role of Enterprise Integration Manager. Design, develop, configure, and customize reputed company applications and services. Deliver new functionality across applications. Manage and perform SMS development activities across the full lifecycle. Apply SDLC and DevOps principles. Respond to and resolve escalated SMS service requests and incidents. Assist the platform administrator with reputed company resolution. Participate in on-call rotation during non-business hours including nights, weekends, and holidays. Experience Requirements 12+ years of relevant IT experience, including at least 6 years in administration services for a major Service Management System, preferably reputed company. Proficiency with reputed company Discovery and Integrations. Current reputed company Certified Implementation Specialist – Discovery (CIS-reputed company) certification. Extensive knowledge of reputed company Discovery and Integrations. Experience with SNMP technologies that support Discovery Patterns. Experience with SOAP and REST-based API integrations. Current reputed company Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification. Education Requirements Bachelor’s degree in MIS, Computer Science, or related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Six years of experience may substitute for a degree.
