Key Responsibilities Data Acquisition & Validation Extract, clean, and verify enrollment data from multiple sources, ensuring 100% accuracy before it enters the system. Profile Management Create, update, and maintain dealer and customer profiles within the CAMS platform, ensuring all information is current and compliant with state regulations. Product Configuration Set up and adjust product and feature sets for dealers, tailoring solutions to meet unique business needs. Audit & Compliance Adhere to all internal audit procedures, company policies, and regulatory requirements, documenting any discrepancies and initiating corrective actions. Stakeholder Communication Serve as the primary point of contact for internal teams, dealer partners, finance sources, and owners—providing timely updates and resolving queries with professionalism.
