• €1,237.83 gross monthly fixed package
• Performance bonus up to €2,400/month
• Recent team median variable bonus: approximately €846/month
• Monday–Friday schedule
• Experience in B2B sales, digital advertising, campaign strategy, and account management
• Potential work-from-home eligibility after the initial on-site period, based on performance
What You’ll Do
• Prospect and engage new advertisers
• Build and manage sales pipelines
• Develop long-term client relationships
• Recommend digital advertising solutions
• Work toward sales and campaign performance targets
Requirements
• 1–2 years of B2B sales, outbound sales, or digital marketing experience
• CRM experience
• Strong English communication and negotiation skills
• Legally authorized to work in Portugal
