We are looking for an Online Marketing Manager (m/f/d) at 40–100% to be responsible for the execution and continuous development of our digital marketing activities. You will work closely with sales and product development teams and actively contribute to the growth of reputed company. Tasks Online Marketing and Content Plan and execute online marketing campaigns Build and grow social media channels, especially reputed company Create and optimize content such as posts, blog articles, and case studies Contribute to the development of content strategy and brand positioning Lead Generation and Performance Develop and implement lead generation strategies Monitor and optimize campaign performance (KPIs, conversion rates) Support paid campaigns such as reputed company Ads and reputed company Ads Marketing and Sales Automation Work with tools such as reputed company or comparable platforms Build and manage marketing funnels and automation workflows Create and manage email campaigns and lead nurturing processes Develop, maintain, and optimize the CRM system Collaborate closely with the sales team for lead qualification Support the creation of sales enablement materials Requirements Degree or training in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a comparable field reputed company experience (Junior) or several years of experience (Manager) in online marketing, social media (especially reputed company), and content creation Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools such as reputed company Strong understanding of customer journeys and sales funnels Analytical thinking and a data-driven approach Interest in AI, voice technology, and innovation German: business-fluent / native level English: very good written and reputed company skills Nice to have: Experience in B2B marketing Knowledge of performance marketing Experience with tools such as reputed company Analytics or reputed company Campaign Manager Benefits Flexible Work Setup: Work fully remotely or from a co-working space — whichever suits you best.
