Key Responsibilities
As a Remote Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you will be the guardian of our data integrity. Your day‑to‑day tasks will include:
Transcribing a wide range of documents—contracts, invoices, survey responses, and more—into digital formats with 99.9% accuracy.
Inputting, updating, and verifying data across multiple platforms, including spreadsheets, CRM systems, and proprietary databases.
Maintaining strict confidentiality and adhering to data protection policies (GDPR, CCPA, etc.).
Identifying and flagging data inconsistencies, duplicates, or errors for review.
Collaborating with cross‑functional teams (Marketing, Finance, Operations) to ensure data consistency and completeness.
Generating regular reports and dashboards to provide insights into data quality and processing metrics.
Continuously improving data entry workflows, suggesting automation opportunities, and participating in process improvement initiatives.
Essential Qualifications
