• Perform light HTML or CMS formatting as needed
• Capture and annotate screenshots
• Participate in documentation review reputed company and incorporate feedback
Skills
• 1+ years of experience in writing, editing, or documentation support
• Experience with help centers, customer support content, or SaaS product writing
• Familiarity with digital organizing tools or CRMs
• Exposure to union clients or political campaign environments
• Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, Technical Writing, or related field
