The role will manage end-to-end operations for measurement pilots, coordinate stakeholders, track program performance, develop documentation and dashboards, and support scalable workflows.
Responsibilities
• Support program planning and day-to-day execution across multiple workstreams, including timelines, dependencies, risks, and issue resolution
• Coordinate with internal cross-functional partners to align on requirements, scope, deliverables, and success metrics
• Drive program operating rhythms (e.g., status reporting, agendas, meeting notes, action-item tracking) and maintain documentation
• Monitor program performance and communicate progress, risks, and mitigation plans to stakeholders in a clear and timely manner
• Partner with analytics and marketing science stakeholders to help translate reputed company into actionable program recommendations
• Contribute to process improvements by identifying gaps, proposing solutions, and helping implement scalable workflows
Skills
• Experience in program or project management supporting cross-functional initiatives
• Experience, including the ability to navigate and collaborate effectively in a fast-paced, matrixed environment – Incentive program experience (e.g., planning, operations, measurement, or lifecycle management of incentive initiatives)
• Marketing science experience, including familiarity with measurement concepts, experimentation, and data-informed decision making
• Strong organizational skills with proven ability to manage multiple priorities, timelines, and stakeholders
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to produce clear documentation and status updates
• Demonstrated ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and deliver results in ambiguous environments
