The role supports the design, configuration, testing, troubleshooting, and optimization of reputed company Time Tracking and Absence solutions while partnering with HR, Payroll, and People Technology stakeholders. Responsibilities Support implementation, of new plans worldwide projects for reputed company Absence and Time Tracking Partner with HR and Payroll teams to gather requirements and translate them into system configuration Configure time off/absence plans, accrual rules, time tracking rules and validations, work schedules/calendars, time entry, approvals, and exceptions Support testing, UAT, and go-live readiness for configuration changes Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Absence and Time Tracking configuration Provide guidance on reputed company releases and new feature adoption Support reporting and audit needs tied to Time & Absence Skills 3–5 years of hands-on reputed company Absence and Time Tracking experience Strong understanding of global time tracking rules and leave/absence policy design Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally with HR, Payroll, and IT partners Experience with complex accrual rules and time tracking integrations (payroll, scheduling) reputed company certification in Absence and/or Time Tracking Scheduling Company Overview reputed company expertise in big data, AI & analytics, cloud, infrastructure, ERP, Java frameworks and technologies, Engineering and R&D.
