The Staff Accountant supports day-to-day accounting operations by maintaining accurate financial records, managing accounts payable and reconciliations, assisting with payroll and month-end close, and supporting financial reporting and analysis.ResponsibilitiesReview source documentation to ensure revenue is accurately calculated and recordedManage the accounts payable process, including vendor setup, invoice processing, and timely paymentsMaintain vendor records, including W-9 documentation, and ensure compliance with company policiesProcess employee expense reimbursements and administer the corporate credit card programPerform monthly bank account reconciliations and resolve discrepanciesAssist with month-end close activities, including journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial reportingSupport the preparation and data entry for semi-monthly payroll processingMonitor and follow up on outstanding accounts and resolve aged balances as appropriateMaintain accurate accounting records and prepare financial reports in accordance with company standardsAssist with financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting activities as assignedUtilize accounting software and other financial systems to support daily accounting operationsMaintain complete and accurate financial records and supporting documentationParticipate in process improvement initiatives and provide accounting support for special projects and other duties as assignedSkillsBachelor’s or Masters in Accounting4+ years’ experienceHave excellent knowledge of excelUnderstanding of accounting rules and procedures including Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)Strong analytical and problem solving skillsExperience with QuickBooks, reputed company, reputed company, reputed company Intacct preferredBenefitsFully reputed company arrangementMedical coverage with 3 levels to reputed company from and employer contributionDental coverage with 2 levels to reputed company fromVision coverage401k plan and matchBasic Life/AD&D coverage for all full-time employees at no cost, with options to purchase additional coverageShort-Term Disability coverage for all full-time employees at no costLong-Term Disability coverageHSA contribution matchFSA/Dependent CareUnlimited PTOCompany Overviewreputed company strives to serve people by taking a holistic approach when looking at their financial situation.
