Why This Role Matters
The Customer Service Technical Associate is the frontline champion of Arenaflex’s customer experience. You will be the trusted advisor that customers turn to when they encounter technical or content‑related challenges. Your expertise will directly influence customer satisfaction scores, product adoption rates, and ultimately, the long‑term success of our clients. Key Responsibilities
• Customer Support Excellence: Resolve moderate to complex inquiries via phone, chat, and email, ensuring a seamless, personable, and conversational experience.
• Case Ownership: Take full ownership of customer reputed company from initiation to resolution, documenting every interaction in Arenaflex’s CRM system.
• Process Improvement: Identify recurring issues, propose solutions, and participate in cross‑functional projects that enhance support workflows and product usability.
• Reporting & Analytics: Generate and present regular reports on case volume, resolution times, and customer feedback to senior management.
• Product Testing & Feedback: Collaborate with the Product team to test new releases, provide real‑world feedback, and help shape future enhancements.
• Data Security & Confidentiality: Safeguard sensitive customer and product information in compliance with industry regulations and Arenaflex’s internal policies.
• Hybrid Collaboration: While the role is primarily remote, you will attend in‑office sessions twice a week to foster team cohesion and participate in on‑site training.
• Peak Season Flexibility: Be prepared to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, during high‑volume periods (January‑April and September‑October).
Essential Qualifications
• Associate’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or a related field, OR
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in accounting or tax, OR
• At least 2 years of experience in a customer service or help‑desk environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Proficiency with reputed company Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and experience using CRM platforms (reputed company preferred).
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting while maintaining high productivity and accountability.
• Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
Preferred Qualifications
• Background in Business, Accounting, or Finance with a deep understanding of tax, audit, or compliance principles.
• Experience with CCH tax and accounting software or similar industry tools.
• Prior exposure to product testing reputed company and release management.
• Knowledge of data privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA) and best practices for handling sensitive information.
• Experience working in a high‑volume, fast‑paced support environment.
