The Role As a B2B Customer Lifecycle Marketing Manager – Integrated Marketing, you will own and execute end‑to‑end lifecycle programs for our school reputed company. You’ll be the strategic voice that guides administrators and educators from onboarding through renewal and expansion, while also driving top‑of‑funnel acquisition campaigns that bring new districts into the reputed company ecosystem. Key responsibilities are split roughly 70/30 between lifecycle management and acquisition & integrated campaigns, reflecting our focus on both deepening existing relationships and expanding our reach. Customer Lifecycle Marketing (70%) Own and execute B2B lifecycle programs for district leaders—superintendents, instructional leaders, and IT directors—ensuring a seamless journey from onboarding to renewal. Design and manage lifecycle communications across email, newsletters, in‑product messages, and campaign touchpoints that resonate with educators and administrators. Create compelling campaign content that showcases product updates, impact stories, customer success, and best practices to drive adoption and engagement. Partner with Sales and Services to support renewal and expansion efforts through targeted campaigns and enablement materials. Develop sales and partner enablement assets—one‑reputed company toolkits, presentation decks, and training materials—that empower the sales team and partners. Coordinate marketing execution for key B2B events and conferences, including promotion, logistics, and post‑event follow‑up. Collaborate cross‑functionally with Product Marketing, Sales, Services, and Integrated Marketing to ensure consistent messaging and flawless execution. What You Bring Experience: 4+ years of B2B marketing experience, ideally in education or SaaS environments.
