Role Description
We are currently looking for an experienced Mortgage Advisor to join our Perspective (North West) team on a remote basis. The successful candidate will have extensive knowledge in providing clients with first class advice in line with the FCA regulations, ensuring a brilliant service.

Hours:
Monday – Friday 9am to 5pm with a one-hour break (35 hours)
Salary:
Competitive dependant on experience and qualifications. Available upon request.

Detailed understanding of the advice process.
•
Detailed understanding of the mortgage and protection market.
•
Detailed understanding of products and solutions to meet client needs.
•
Up to date knowledge of the financial market place.
•
Good understanding of regulatory requirements; including Consumer Duty requirements; GDPR; and anti-money laundering requirements.
