Office & Team Administrator – Real Estate

Office & Team Administrator – Real Estate

Location: London – WFH 1 day per week

Salary: Up to £30,000 + Package The Opportunity An international real estate investor with a £1bn+ portfolio in the UK is looking to appoint an ambitious and highly organised Office & Team Administrator to join its London team.

This is a broad and varied position providing support across the business, working closely with the Asset Management, Finance and Marketing teams, while also helping with the smooth day-to-day running of the office.

The role could particularly suit a bright and ambitious graduate or someone at the early stages of their career who is interested in gaining exposure to the real estate industry. Previous property experience is not essential.

For the right individual, there is significant scope to develop the position over time and potentially progress into a more specialised role within the business.

Key Responsibilities The role will be varied and evolve depending on the requirements of the team, with responsibilities likely to include:

• Providing day-to-day administrative support across the Asset Management, Finance and Marketing teams.

• Assisting with diary management, meeting coordination and general team organisation.

• Preparing and formatting presentations, reports, meeting packs and other business documents.

• Supporting the Asset Management team with general administrative tasks relating to the portfolio.

• Assisting the Finance team with administration, document management, invoices and record keeping.

• Supporting marketing initiatives, including helping coordinate events, promotional activity, communications and marketing materials.

• Liaising with external consultants, suppliers, property managers and other business partners.

• Organising meetings, travel arrangements and team events where required.

• Maintaining filing systems, databases and company records.

• Helping ensure the London office runs efficiently on a day-to-day basis.

• Taking ownership of ad hoc projects and administrative requirements across the wider business.

The Individual The business is looking for someone proactive, capable and keen to build a career rather than simply perform a traditional administrative role.
The successful individual is likely to be:

• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.

• Ambitious, proactive and keen to take on responsibility.

• Mature and professional in their approach.

• Confident communicating with colleagues, senior stakeholders and external parties.

• Comfortable managing multiple tasks and priorities.

• A strong written and verbal communicator.

• Competent with Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

• Someone who enjoys working as part of a small, collaborative team and is willing to get involved across different areas of the business.

• Interested in real estate and keen to develop their understanding of the industry.

A university degree would be advantageous, but no specific real estate qualification or previous property experience is required.
Career Development

This is an excellent opportunity to join an international real estate investor and gain broad exposure to the commercial, financial and operational aspects of managing a significant UK property portfolio.
The position offers considerable variety and exposure to different functions within the business. For someone who demonstrates ability, initiative and a strong work ethic, there is genuine opportunity for the role to evolve over time into a more specialised position within asset management, finance, marketing or another area of the wider business.
