Role Description The Healthcare Analyst is a full-time, remote role responsible for supporting data-driven decision-making within healthcare projects and services. This role involves collecting, validating, and analyzing healthcare-related data to identify trends, performance gaps, and opportunities for improvement. The Healthcare Analyst prepares reports, dashboards, and presentations that translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for internal teams and clients. Day-to-day tasks include conducting research on healthcare practices and regulations, collaborating with stakeholders to define data requirements, and contributing to process improvements and solution design. The role also requires consistent communication with cross-functional teams to ensure analytical findings align with client goals and regulatory standards. Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills and Data Analysis capabilities to interpret complex healthcare datasets and generate actionable insights. Candidates should possess solid Communication skills to present findings clearly, collaborate with stakeholders, and document recommendations effectively. Candidates should possess Research skills to gather relevant information on healthcare trends, regulations, and best practices. Candidates should possess foundational Healthcare knowledge, including familiarity with healthcare workflows, terminology, and regulatory considerations. Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Public Health, Data Science, Statistics, Information Systems, or a related field; advanced degree or certifications in healthcare analytics are a plus. Experience using analytical and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, BI platforms such as Power BI or Tableau) and working with large datasets. Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple remote projects and deadlines. Demonstrated ability to work independently in a remote environment while contributing effectively to a collaborative, cross-functional team.
