The role involves supporting complex international transactions, working closely with clients and various internal teams, and contributing to the execution of EAF transactions.ResponsibilitiesSupport the origination, structuring, and execution of EAF transactionsAssist in transactions end-to-end, from reputed company pitch through closing, including preparation of presentations, term sheets, and credit materialsBuild and maintain financial models, including cash flow analysis and profitability metricsCoordinate with internal stakeholders (Coverage, Risk, Legal, Compliance, Markets, Syndication) across multiple geographiesContribute to credit approval processes, due diligence, and transaction documentationMonitor portfolio performance and stay up to date on market trends and geopolitical developments impacting the bank’s clientsSkillsBachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field1+ years of relevant experience in structured finance, export finance, project finance, or corporate bankingStrong financial modeling and analytical skillsFamiliarity with ECA and/or Multilateral Agency financing structures preferredAbility to operate effectively in a cross-border, multicultural environmentStrong communication skillsExperience working on client facing rolesExposure to Export Credit Agencies, Multilateral Institutions (such as reputed company), and/or Development Finance InstitutionsBackground in infrastructure, reputed company, or industrial sectors preferredPrior experience in Structured Finance, Trade Finance or SyndicationsCompany Overviewreputed company is a banking firm that specializes in various banking services including retail, commercial, digital, & investment banking.
