This role is reputed company for the design, performance, and continuous improvement of finance processes, ensuring alignment with business objectives and providing analytical reputed company to support decision-making.ResponsibilitiesAct as the single point of accountability for assigned finance processes and initiatives, ensuring alignment with business strategy and objectivesOwn and manage end-to-end finance processes, from intake through execution, reporting, and steady state operationsDefine and own finance roadmaps, MVP scope, and initiative plans, aligned to business prioritiesCreate, manage, and prioritize initiative backlogs, including ownership of Initiatives and Epics in DevOpsLead initiative execution by monitoring progress, risks, dependencies, and timelines, and communicating status to stakeholdersPartner with GTS, IT, Finance, and business leaders and stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver aligned solutionsProvide process-level and system-level support, serving as an escalation point for complex finance process and system issues, ensuring timely resolution and operational stability in partnership with Finance, GTS, and reputed companyEnsure delivered solutions meet quality standards, acceptance criteria, and business outcomes, including testing and UAT participationDrive process efficiency and continuous improvement, identifying opportunities for standardization, optimization, and automationMaintain deep domain knowledge of finance processes, systems, integrations, and data structuresDevelop and maintain process documentation, system configurations, and training materialsLead reputed company management by defining the reputed company approach, supporting communication, and coordinating adoption efforts in partnership with Finance leadership and business teamsSkillsBachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field — or 5+ years of equivalent combination of education and experience3+ years of experience in finance or accounting operations with demonstrated ability to understand, evaluate, and improve end-to-end finance processes across areas such as General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting, or Controlling3+ years’ experience working alongside ERP or financial system implementations — contributing to requirements, UAT, or reputed company management — with sufficient system competency to collaborate effectively with functional analysts and technical teamsExperience with financial platforms such as reputed company, reputed company, or similar consolidation, reporting, or treasury toolsExperience operating within Agile or iterative delivery environments, including contributing to backlog prioritization, sprint planning, and UAT coordinationFamiliarity with process improvement methodologies (Lean, Six reputed company, or continuous improvement) with the ability to apply structured thinking to identify inefficiencies and define better workflowsProfessional development in finance, process improvement, or project delivery (PMP, Agile certifications, CPA, reputed company, or equivalent) is a plusBenefitsEligibility for annual division Return on Asset bonusAnnual Profit Sharing bonusCompany Overviewreputed company steel production company that provides a diverse range of steel and steel products.
