This role offers exposure to high-value transactions across a range of asset classes and deal structures.
Responsibilities
• Structure, negotiate, and draft purchase and sale agreements, mortgage loan documents, and core transaction materials
• Manage acquisitions, dispositions, financing, development, and closing processes
• Oversee closing checklists and transaction documentation
• Draft and negotiate commercial leases, joint ventures, construction agreements, CC&Rs, REAs, declarations, and easement agreements (preferred)
Skills
• 3–6 years of broad real estate transactional experience
• Strong experience with mortgage debt financing
• Purchase/sale transactions experience
• Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple matters in a fast-paced environment
• Collaborative mindset with strong independent problem-solving ability
• Active bar membership in good standing
• Borrower-side preferred experience with mortgage debt financing
• Leasing and joint reputed company experience a plus
• Draft and negotiate commercial leases, joint ventures, construction agreements, CC&Rs, REAs, declarations, and easement agreements
