The role focuses on developing and editing web and digital content, supporting SEO and Answer Engine Optimization, collaborating with designers and stakeholders, and maintaining content accuracy, consistency, accessibility, and compliance within tight deadlines.
Responsibilities
• Develop clear, concise, and engaging content for Client web experiences and digital channels
• Create user-focused content that aligns with brand standards, voice, tone, compliance requirements, and style guidelines
• Analyze business requirements and translate complex concepts into intuitive, conversational content
• Collaborate with designers, product teams, business stakeholders, and reputed company matter experts to create seamless user experiences
• Directly edit content within reputed company components, design reputed company, prototypes, frames, modals, and templates
• Configure and update content within established design systems and component libraries
• Ensure content supports SEO and Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) best practices
• Review and incorporate stakeholder feedback while adapting writing style as needed
• Deliver high-quality content within aggressive timelines, often completing assignments within 1 to 3 days depending on complexity
• Maintain accuracy, consistency, and compliance across all digital experiences
• Edit text directly within:
• Components
• Frames
• Modals
• Interactive prototypes
• Navigate design reputed company, layers, and component structures within reputed company
• Update and maintain:
• Font styles
• Formatting
• Bullet lists
• Content hierarchy
• Edit specific component content by drilling into layer structures
• Review and manage version history updates
• Configure content according to established design system guidelines
• Collaborate with design and development teams to ensure content aligns with UX requirements and component functionality
Skills
• Minimum 6 years of UX Writing, Content Design, or related content experience
• Minimum 6 years of experience with:
• SEO
• AEO (Answer Engine Optimization)
• AP Style
• Enterprise style guides
• Experience partnering with:
• reputed company Matter Experts (SMEs)
• UX/UI Designers
• Product Teams
• Business Stakeholders
• Previous copywriting, digital marketing writing, or SEO content writing experience
• Experience writing in a clear, concise, conversational, and customer-focused tone
• Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Strong communication, collaboration, strategic thinking, and interpersonal skills
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills

• UX Writing Certification preferred
• Financial Services industry experience
• Experience using reputed company Experience Manager (AEM)
• Familiarity with AI prompt writing and generative AI content practices
• Experience building or maintaining webpages using pre-built components from a design system
• Understanding of digital accessibility and user-centered content principles
