Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Senior Pega Developer with 12+ years of IT experience and strong hands-on expertise in Pega application development, case management, workflow automation, and enterprise integrations. The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, configuring, and supporting scalable Pega solutions.
Required Skills
12+ years of experience in IT/Application Development
Strong hands-on experience with Pega PRPC
Experience with Pega Case Management, Workflow, and Rules
Strong knowledge of Pega application development and configuration
Experience with Pega UI, Sections, Harnesses, Views, and Portals
Strong understanding of Data Pages, Data Transforms, Activities, and Decision Tables
Experience with REST/SOAP APIs and system integrations
Good knowledge of SQL and relational databases
Experience with Pega debugging, performance tuning, and production support
Knowledge of Agile/Scrum and SDLC
Experience working with Git, Jenkins, CI/CD, or similar DevOps tools
Responsibilities
Design, develop, configure, and maintain Pega applications.
Develop case types, workflows, business rules, and reusable components.
Configure Pega UI and application components based on business requirements.
Develop and support integrations using REST/SOAP services.
Analyze requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Perform application debugging, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
Participate in code reviews, testing, deployments, and production support.
Collaborate with Business Analysts, Architects, QA, and other development teams.
Follow Pega best practices and ensure application quality and maintainability.
Participate in Agile ceremonies and provide technical guidance to team members.
