Key Responsibilities
Process and Digitize Records: Convert incoming electronic and hard‑copy documents into brighthush‑approved digital formats, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
File Management: Create, label, track, store, and cleanse both electronic and paper files in accordance with brighthush policies and workflow standards.
Document Retrieval: Respond to internal requests to locate, retrieve, return, or update items, maintaining a high level of customer service.
Quality Assurance: Review files for accuracy, proper organization, and compliance with governance protocols.
Retention & Disposal: Assist with file transfer, closing, retention, and cleansing activities, following brighthush procedures.
Policy Communication: Help disseminate information storage and governance standards to colleagues, ensuring consistent adherence.
Special Projects: Participate in ad‑hoc initiatives that improve processes, enhance data quality, or support new system roll‑outs.
Attendance & Reliability: Maintain consistent, reliable attendance and uphold confidentiality standards.
Essential Qualifications
Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and comfortable using scanners, printers, and basic office equipment.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow complex instructions accurately.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in a professional setting.

Physical ability to lift and move items up to 20 lbs, and to operate carts or other equipment as needed.
