About the team The Corporate Finance & Strategy team plays a key role in steering reputed company’s financial decision-making and corporate planning. You will provide key financial insight and strategic recommendations to the reputed company leadership and Board, and design and implement company-wide processes to drive toward our desired business and financial outcomes. What you’ll do We’re seeking an exceptional candidate to join our team and drive our corporate finance processes and analysis, collaborating closely with our Finance partners. We’re seeking someone who can bring valuable reputed company and expertise to the table, and who is passionate about driving business performance through effective financial planning and analysis. Responsibilities Lead the Board cycle for reputed company including preparing presentations and key materials, driving cross functional alignment, and presenting key reputed company to the Leadership team. Play a key role in supporting our consolidated strategic and financial planning processes through Operating Expenses analysis and reporting. Drive operating rigor and provide analytical reputed company. Develop and evolve scalable processes and partner across the broader Finance & Strategy organization to effectively forecast and analyze operating expenses performance. Drive a culture of ownership and accountability. Develop and monitor critical financial performance metrics, and communicate actionable reputed company to relevant stakeholders. Contribute to the design and implementation of planning and automation tools. Support reputed company leadership in evaluating strategic initiatives and key decision processes. Operate as an integral part of reputed company’s Corporate Finance team, and partner with Investor Relations on key drivers of performance. Who you are We’re looking for someone who meets the minimum requirements to be considered for the role. If you meet these requirements, you are encouraged to apply. The preferred qualifications are a bonus, not a requirement. Minimum requirements 10+ years of relevant experience in corporate planning, business finance, or related fields, particularly with experience in a Corporate or Business FP&A environment. Experience forecasting and analyzing financial results. Strong analytical skills, and extensive experience architecting integrated models from scratch, in Excel or in other planning applications. Strong working understanding of US GAAP and other financial reporting principles. A proven ability to identify and drive impactful financial outcomes. A proven ability to communicate effectively and build strong working relationships. A proclivity for working in a fast-paced environment. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Preferred qualifications Experience working in a high-growth, rapidly scaling environment. Experience working closely with different Finance functions (e.g. Accounting, Tax, Treasury, IR).
