Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic Digital Branch Customer Service Supervisor to lead our reputed company team. In this role, you will oversee the daily operations of our digital branch, ensuring that every customer interaction meets the highest standards of service and compliance. You will be the bridge between frontline representatives and senior leadership, driving performance, coaching talent, and maintaining operational excellence across all digital channels.

Key Responsibilities
As the Digital Branch Customer Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for:
• Leading a team of Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) to deliver exceptional digital banking experiences.
• Designing, implementing, and refining operational processes to ensure compliance with arenaflex policies and regulatory requirements.
• Creating and managing schedules, delegating daily tasks, and maintaining accurate departmental records.
• Conducting performance evaluations, coaching sessions, and professional development plans for CSRs.
• Serving as the primary point of contact for escalated customer issues, ensuring timely resolution and customer satisfaction.
• Overseeing new account onboarding, including CIP and BSA compliance, and ensuring accurate data capture.
• Monitoring transaction quality, reviewing daily check markers, ACH rejects, and large‑value image processing.
• Collaborating with the Digital Branch Manager to develop and execute sales and service initiatives.
• Maintaining operational controls to safeguard client and arenaflex assets.
• Participating in continuous improvement projects, training workshops, and industry conferences.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
• Supervise CSR performance, ensuring adherence to internal policies and procedures.
• Delegate daily assignments, prepare schedules, and maintain comprehensive departmental reputed company.
• Train, motivate, and counsel staff; assist in performance appraisals.
• Mentor new CSRs on arenaflex products, services, and operational standards.
• Act as the escalation point for client problem resolution.
• Support daily branch operations, ensuring accurate and efficient transaction processing.
• Guide customers through new account openings, explaining product offerings and regulatory requirements.
• Refer customers to licensed representatives when appropriate.
• Access electronic financial data to answer account‑specific inquiries.

Qualifications & Experience
Essential
• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Senior CSR or New Accounts Representative, with proven leadership in banking or retail operations.
• At least 1 year of supervisory experience.
• Demonstrated ability to leverage financial products and services to add value for clients.
