Field Marketing Associate

Dig Inn Restaurant Group is searching for a skilled Field Marketing Associate who will plan and execute community events to build brand awareness and attract new guests. This role involves developing partnerships with local entities and collaborating with various departments to drive long-term sales growth and brand recognition.ResponsibilitiesBuild local marketing plans for emerging markets including a target list of events, partners, and businesses in your focus market. Establish relationships with key contacts (schools, hospitals, residential buildings, fitness studios, local businesses, and community groups) to drive awareness of Dig Inn and acquire new guestsOwn & drive the success of new restaurant openings by executing local marketing activations, coordinating community outreach, and driving awareness to generate guest traffic from day oneMaintain an active onsite presence within all restaurants within your emerging market region in order to capitalize on connections and foster revenue generating ideas with the operations teamsRepresent Dig Inn in the community by executing sponsorships, table sampling at local events, and pop-ups that introduce new guests to our foodCoordinate with restaurant leaders to bring revenue-driving initiatives to life and support their efforts to grow traffic and loyaltySupport regional brand partnerships and activations that create awareness and bring new guests into Dig Inn restaurantsCollaborate with marketing agency partners by briefing requests for new marketing assets to support your events and partnershipsPartner with Business Development Associates to uncover and activate partnerships that drive guest acquisition, catering sales, and new revenue streamsTest, measure, report, and optimize tactics based on business and brand objectivesSkills1-2 years of relevant marketing experience (field marketing, events, sales, etc.)Proven project management and communication skillsStrong ownership and pride in your work – you aim for impact and you have a passion for resultsThe ability to work at a strategic level, but you’re equally as happy getting your hands dirtyStrong organizational and communication skills with the ability to engage with various levels of management, staff, and clientsAmazing interpersonal, client-facing communication skills that you love to show off on a daily basisNever-say-die attitude to finding the right person, establishing the right connection, attending the right event, etcThe ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities at a given timeA desire to never stop learning – both personally and professionallyCuriosity about the world, food, and peopleMust be based or willing to commute to the Philadelphia or New York City marketsMust be willing to travel 50% of the timeAn active driver’s license and the ability to operate a vehicle preferredBenefitsHealth Insurance (Medical, Dental, and Vision)16 weeks of Fully Paid Parental Leave (for primary and secondary caregivers)Short-Term DisabilityBonus PotentialPhone reimbursementCommuter benefitsCompany laptopFlexible vacation time (up to 20 days a year)Hybrid work environmentComplimentary DIG lunch every dayCompany OverviewWe serve real food—mostly vegetables—that’s grown by farmers, cooked by chefs, and inspired by the seasons. 🥕 It was founded in 1997, and is headquartered in New York, New York, USA, with a workforce of 501-1000 employees.
