Description:
• Manage accounting operations, including account reconciliations, journal entries, accounts receivable, accounts payable, and billing.
• Analyze company expenditures, verify departmental expense allocations, and report findings to relevant departments.
• Review transactions for compliance with GAAP and company accounting policies.
• Analyze billing transactions to support accurate revenue recognition.
• Review general ledger accounts and post monthly, quarterly, and annual accruals.
• Assist with financial statement preparation, including balance sheets, income statements, and changes in financial position.
• Perform budget variance analysis and assist with budget preparation for management review.
• Prepare year-end schedules for annual tax returns.
• Identify and implement improvements to accounting processes and procedures.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting; CPA preferred.
• 3–5 years of accounting or auditing experience for Staff Accountant candidates, or 5–8 years for Senior Accountant candidates.
• Public accounting experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of financial statement preparation, GAAP, and revenue recognition.
• Advanced proficiency with reputed company Excel.
• Experience with accounting systems such as reputed company, Intacct, or QuickBooks preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
• Self-starter with strong attention to detail, ownership, and follow-through.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
