They are seeking an Accounting Manager to oversee client portfolios, manage a team of accountants, and ensure accuracy in financial reporting.ResponsibilitiesManage a portfolio of clients, serving as a primary point of contact for accounting and financial reporting mattersLead, mentor, and develop a team of accountants located in the PhilippinesReview monthly financial statements, account reconciliations, and other client deliverables to ensure accuracy and qualityOversee month-end and year-end close processes across multiple client engagementsProvide guidance on U.S. GAAP accounting matters, including technical accounting issues as neededLead client meetings, present financial results, and communicate recommendations and insightsReview general ledger activity, journal entries, and supporting workpapersEnsure client deadlines are met while maintaining a high standard of service and accuracyAssist with process improvements and implementation of best practices to enhance efficiency and scalabilityCollaborate with firm leadership to support client service initiatives and team developmentSkillsBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field7+ years of public accounting experienceExperience managing a portfolio of clients and leading client relationshipsExperience supervising and developing accounting teamsStrong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and financial statement preparationProficiency with QuickBooks and cloud-based accounting platformsExperience with ERP systems such as NetSuite, Sage Intacct, SAP, or OracleStrong communication, leadership, and organizational skillsAbility to work independently in a fully remote environmentExperience with ASC 606 and ASC 842 preferredExperience serving government contractors highly preferredCPA license or CPA candidate preferredBenefitsCareer Growth: Opportunities to advance within a fast-growing CPA firm.Generous Time Off: To provide maximum flexibility.11 Paid Holidays: Time to rest, recharge, and pursue your passions.Company OverviewAline Accounting Partners provides tax, accounting, and business consulting services for individuals, small businesses, and organizations.
