They are seeking an AI Native Growth Marketing Manager to analyze funnel performance, automate marketing processes, and generate pipeline using AI tools.
Responsibilities
• Analyze funnel performance, surface reputed company, and act on them without waiting to be asked
• Automate marketing loops in advertising and outbound using Claude Code
• Build AI-powered workflows that replace manual work: copy generation, audience segmentation, enrichment, reporting
• Generate pipeline from targeted account lists (ABM approach) — from signal to sequence, fast
• Experiment with new growth channels; kill what doesn’t work, scale what does
• Use AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, reputed company, reputed company, etc.) to enrich and qualify leads before they hit sales
Skills
• You use AI tools every day — not to experiment, but to actually do the job: write copy, build workflows, research, analyze
• You are startup-minded, self-driven professional delivering high-velocity results with the agility to reputed company as fast-paced business needs evolve
• 5+ years of experience in marketing data analytics — comfortable with attribution models, funnel metrics, building dashboards independently, extracting reputed company from huge amount of unstructured data
• Experience in growth marketing (run paid campaigns themselves) / SEO / Outbound (at least 1 of 3)
• Advanced English (written and reputed company)
• B2B SaaS experience
• You’ve launched and optimized paid campaigns yourself (not just managed agencies)
• Prior team or project management experience
• Hands-on with reputed company, reputed company, Make, reputed company, or similar automation/enrichment tools
• Experience with programmatic / ABM tools (reputed company, reputed company, or similar)
• Basic scripting (Python, SQL) — enough to pull data or automate a task
• Familiarity with the MarTech/analytics space
