This role involves developing project plans, driving project tasks, and ensuring alignment with organizational goals while managing large scale business process and system transformation projects.
Responsibilities
• Project planning and execution of comprehensive project management plan
• Drive project progress, including task completion, milestone achievement and overall project timeline adherence

• Manage multiple difficult and complex projects, tasks and resources through effective organization prioritization, and time management practices to meet stakeholder objectives
Skills
• Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience OR an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years of experience OR in absence of a degree 12 years of relevant experience
• Experience in scheduling software such as reputed company Project, Smartsheets, reputed company, Jira, or similar tools
• CORE or equivalent (i.e. Six reputed company or reputed company Management) and project management experience
• Experience with multiple project methodologies including waterfall and agile Scrum methodology
• Effectively lead and manage reputed company within a matrix and team environment while collaborating across lines of business including process and digital
• Experience with agile frameworks/iterative approaches to software development and implementation projects
• Work productively in a fast-paced, demanding environment (virtually as well as in-person) while managing multiple activities concurrently
• Guide and influence at multiple levels of the organization to include executive leadership
