The Programmer Analyst II will develop, maintain, troubleshoot, and modernize full-stack applications in a low-code Oracle environment using the APEX tool suite. The role also involves gathering business requirements, supporting the software development life cycle, and collaborating with clients, project leaders, and technical staff.ResponsibilitiesAOI is looking for a Programmer Analyst to develop and maintain full-stack software applications developed in a low-code Oracle environmentThe work includes eliciting and capturing business requirements, designing and implementing efficient and effective solutions using the APEX tool suiteTroubleshooting, maintaining and modernizing existing applicationsCommunicating effectively with AOI and client’s project leadership and other staffThe ideal candidate shall have proven track record in full-stack applicationMust be proficient in SQL back endsThis individual will be required to work closely with AOI, its client’s and/or any third-party staff, including subject matter and technical experts, project managers, etcOther duties may be assigned as necessaryDemonstrable proficiency with:
