• Analyzing the covenants in leveraged finance/private credit deals and related market events with a view to producing user-friendly reports for a wide range of clients
Skills
• An experienced leveraged finance lawyer
• A keen eye for detail, deconstructing complex issues and excellent writing skills
• A deep understanding of the leveraged finance market and extensive experience in drafting, negotiating and reviewing leveraged finance documentation
• 5+PQE experience as reputed company lawyer
