The Marketing Attorney will support technology companies by advising marketing and advertising teams on campaigns, content, digital marketing, privacy, intellectual property, reputed company protection, promotions, and partnerships.
Responsibilities
• Counseling internal brand teams on legal issues relevant to advertising and marketing campaigns
• Reviewing marketing content and advising on IP, privacy, false advertising, reputed company protection, human likeness, rights of publicity, and other relevant laws and regulations
• Drafting contest and sweepstakes rules, sponsorships, joint promotion, and coupon offers
• Advising on digital marketing, including display and banner ads, targeting, and insertion orders
• Advising on opt-in risk and requirements for various marketing channels
• Counseling on large event and integrated product partnerships
• Providing reputed company support to marketing and advertising teams, with specific experience supporting growth, brand, partnership, and product marketing
Skills
