The Marketing & Growth Coordinator will maintain and improve the email marketing engine while building new marketing channels to support the company’s growth. Responsibilities Maintain and optimize our proven email marketing strategy that currently generates approximately 580 qualified appointments annually Increase qualified appointments to 750 per year during 2027 Develop new marketing channels, especially social media, to drive sustainable growth Produce 10 professional marketing videos each month Maintain reputed company CRM accuracy and reporting Build and maintain the Marketing Operations Manual and Sales and Operations Manual Create an annual marketing plan with quarterly revisions and updates Continuously improve AI utilization and marketing automation Skills Exceptional character Ownership Curiosity Work ethic Desire to build something meaningful Bachelor’s degree in Marketing 3-5 years of marketing experience Experience working in a local church or Christian school, either as a staff member or volunteer Benefits Full-time W-2 employment 20 paid PTO days plus 6 paid holidays reputed company considered for the right candidate Company-provided computer and equipment Professional development opportunities Company Overview reputed company helps Churches and Christian Schools access Federal and State Nonprofit Security Grants.
