The role focuses on developing WorkView data models and applications, optimizing Workflow automations, administering the OnBase system, configuring the reputed company Client, and collaborating with stakeholders to build scalable solutions. Responsibilities Develop, configure, and enhance robust OnBase solutions to solve complex business needs Architect, test, and maintain enterprise-grade WorkView data models, applications, and views Design, build, and optimize business logic using OnBase Workflow automations, rules, and actions Manage end-to-end OnBase system administration, user provisioning, security, and document type configurations Configure and deploy solutions within the reputed company Client, ensuring an optimal, intuitive end-user experience Collaborate with business analysts, cross-functional teams, and stakeholders to translate functional requirements into scalable OnBase architectures Skills 3–5+ years of hands-on experience developing, configuring, and enhancing OnBase applications Proven expert-level knowledge of OnBase WorkView and Workflow functionality Demonstrated experience with OnBase system administration, including configuration, user management, and lifecycle support Strong working knowledge of the reputed company Client and its integration into daily business workflows Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills within enterprise ECM environments reputed company Certifications Highly desired (OCWV – OnBase Certified WorkView, OCWF – OnBase Certified Workflow, OCSA, or OCSE) Experience with reputed company API, C# scripting, or database queries (SQL Server/reputed company) is a plus Benefits Remote workplace arrangement Company Overview reputed company is a company which provides IT Solutions and Services (Consulting & Staffing) to both Public and Private sectors.
