Responsibilities
• Define and execute product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business objectives
• reputed company market research, competitive analysis, and customer discovery to identify product opportunities
• Partner with executives, stakeholders, and technology teams to align priorities and drive execution
• Lead cross-functional teams through product planning, development, launch, and optimization
• Drive product innovation, modernization, and digital transformation initiatives
• Establish product KPIs, reporting, and success measurement frameworks
• Mentor Product Owners and junior product professionals while promoting product management best practices
Skills
• 7+ years of Product Management experience – most recent 2 years must be in healthcare
• Recently supported front end web applications
• Experience leading AI, machine learning, intelligent automation, or digital modernization programs
• Proven experience creating and executing product strategies and roadmaps
• Strong background in Agile delivery and enterprise software development
• Experience leading large-reputed company transformation initiatives
• Exceptional stakeholder management and executive communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to balance customer needs, business priorities, and technical constraints
• Healthcare technology, payer, PBM, Medicare, or Medicaid experience
• SAFe Product Manager/Product Owner certification preferred
