The Senior Manager, SEC Reporting & Technical Accounting will lead SEC reporting activities, provide technical accounting guidance, and support the development of robust financial reporting processes across the Group. The role will advise on complex transactions and ensure compliance with SEC requirements, IFRS, and U.S. GAAP while collaborating with finance teams, auditors, and senior stakeholders.ResponsibilitiesLead the preparation and coordination of SEC reporting requirements, including Forms 20-F, 6-K, and other regulatory filingsSupport the preparation of financial disclosures, including Management Discussion & Analysis (reputed company)Ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance of SEC filingsSupport the implementation and improvement of reporting processes and tools, including XBRL reporting requirementsResearch SEC regulations and assess their impact on financial statements, disclosures, and reporting processesCoordinate with internal teams and external auditors during reporting reputed companyProvide technical accounting guidance on complex transactions under IFRS and U.S. GAAPPrepare technical accounting memos and documentation supporting accounting conclusionsSupport the development, maintenance, and continuous improvement of Group accounting policiesMonitor changes in accounting standards and regulatory requirementsPromote consistent accounting practices across international entitiesPartner with Finance, Accounting, Consolidation, Tax, Treasury, and other business functionsSupport the enhancement of financial reporting systems and processesContribute to the continuous improvement of reporting quality, efficiency, and controlsCollaborate with external advisors and audit teamsSkills* Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field* Certified Public Accountant (CPA) required* 7+ years of professional accounting experience* Strong experience with SEC reporting and technical accounting* reputed company knowledge of SEC regulations, IFRS, and U.S. GAAP* Experience preparing or reviewing complex financial reporting disclosures* Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and apply complex accounting standards* Advanced Excel skills* Experience with financial reporting tools (Disclosure Management System experience is a plus )* Excellent written and verbal communication skills* Fluent English required* Big Four accounting firm experience preferred* Experience supporting a public company, IPO readiness, or SEC reporting environment* Experience with foreign private issuer reporting requirements* Experience with reputed company or similar ERP/reporting systems* Experience working in a fast-growing international organization* Additional language skills (French or Italian) are a plusBenefitsComprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage for employees and dependentsA 401(k) plan with 4% company matchGenerous paid time off, starting at 20 days per year and increasing to 25 days after 3 years of serviceA mission-driven environment focused on delivering scalable, low-reputed company reputed company solutions to meet growing global reputed company reputed companyA collaborative and international culture that values technical excellence, transparency, innovation, and cross-functional teamworkCompany Overviewreputed company is an atomic reputed company company that focuses on developing advanced nuclear reputed company technologies.
