Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. reputed company is hiring a Senior Technical Consultant – Asset Finance to deliver end-to-end Asset Finance solutions for clients. The role leads technical workstreams, designs integrations and system configurations, supports solution architecture and delivery, and provides functional consulting and client advisory services.
Responsibilities
• Architect and implement advanced system configurations for Asset Finance solutions
• Design and develop complex integrations, APIs, extensions, and data models
• Lead technical troubleshooting, performance optimization, and environment readiness activities
• Oversee data migration strategy, validation, and reputed company execution
• Provide technical guidance throughout solution implementation and delivery
• Lead requirements-gathering workshops with clients and translate business needs into functional and technical designs
• Define solution scope, system architecture, and configuration strategies
• Serve as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams
• Validate business processes including Quote-to-Contract, In-Life Servicing, and Accounting flows
• Provide guidance on industry best practices, domain standards, and product capabilities
• Support project managers with planning, risk management, and solution delivery governance
• Recommend approaches that effectively balance configuration and customization
• Identify functional and technical gaps and develop appropriate solution options
• Prepare and present impact assessments and recommendations to clients
• Contribute to design authority discussions and ensure alignment with the overall solution architecture
• Mentor junior consultants on technical, functional, and Asset Finance-related topics
Skills
• • Strong technical background with proven expertise in Asset Finance systems
• • Advanced SQL, data modeling, ETL, data migration, and interface development experience
• • Strong knowledge of Asset Finance domains, including:
• • Asset and Residual Value Management
• • Asset Finance accounting fundamentals
• • Auto Leasing
• • Equipment Finance
• • Hire Purchase and Loan Structures
• • In-Life Contract Servicing
• • Quote-to-Contract lifecycle
• • Proven experience designing integrations using APIs, XML, and Web Services
• • Strong functional understanding of business workflows and finance operations
• • Excellent communication, documentation, stakeholder management, and client-facing consulting skills
• • Ability to work across different time zones as required to provide overlap with client working hours
• Travel: Some travel to Puerto Rico may be required based on business needs
• • Experience leading consulting or professional services delivery
• • Background in solution architecture, technical design, or design authority
• • Exposure to cloud deployments, security models, and/or microservices architecture
• • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and enterprise delivery frameworks
