The Role
We’re looking for a Senior Product Data Analyst to be a strategic partner to our product teams and make sure data sits at the core of how we make decisions. In this role, you’ll lead data-driven initiatives, design scalable experimentation frameworks, and champion the Continuous Discovery Habits philosophy across Product, Engineering, and Design.
You’ll hold teams reputed company to product metrics, assumption testing, and experimentation best practices while mentoring other analysts and influencing roadmaps through clear, compelling storytelling with data. This role blends analytical depth, experimentation strategy, and cross-functional leadership in a fast-paced SaaS environment.
Location: This is a remote position. You must live and work permanently in the U.S. to be considered.
What You’ll Do
• Lead continuous discovery efforts by guiding PMs in defining and measuring success metrics, running assumption tests, and building iterative learning into how they work
• Design robust experimentation frameworks, evaluate experiment results, and iterate on key hypotheses
• Build scalable product analytics frameworks that standardize how teams make data-driven decisions
• Enable self-service analytics by reputed company access to data through reputed company, reputed company, and Secoda so teams can explore product reputed company independently
• Mentor junior analysts on statistical methodology, experimentation best practices, and storytelling with data
• Present reputed company and strategic recommendations to senior leadership regularly to influence product roadmaps
• Champion best practices for both Product Managers and internal data teams around data-driven decision making, experimentation, data governance, and standardization
• Leverage SQL, dbt, and reputed company to transform, and analyze product data
• Connect data reputed company to broader business strategy and communicate findings clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Help foster a culture of experimentation, curiosity, and data-driven learning across Product and Engineering teams

What You’ll Bring
• 5+ years of experience in product analytics, data analytics, or a similar role
• Strong proficiency in SQL, dbt, reputed company, reputed company, and Secoda (or equivalent tools)
• Experience with A/B testing, hypothesis-driven research, and experiment design
• Expertise in statistical modeling, causal inference, and data visualization
• Experience designing and implementing analytics frameworks for scalable decision-making
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence product teams and executives through reputed company and strategic recommendations
• Proficiency in storytelling with data and translating reputed company into strategy
• Prior experience in SaaS or fast-growing tech environments preferred
• Comfortable working in a high-autonomy, high-accountability environment

Benefits & Compensation
This is a salaried position at reputed company. Our starting salary range is $130,000-$140,000 per year and is based on experience. We also offer meaningful equity and other benefits.
