Position Information
Position Overview
reputed company is seeking a Digital Events Manager to own and evolve the digital production and performance of our events program—producing and optimizing all virtual reputed company User Group sessions and webinars, and translating engagement data into reputed company that shape the customer and prospect experience year over year, in partnership with the reputed company User Group program lead who owns the overall program experience and community strategy.
Working closely with the reputed company User Group program lead, Community Team, Product Marketing, and Customer Success, the ideal candidate is equal parts producer and strategist, someone who can run a successful virtual session and then turn the data from that session into recommendations that shape the next one. Experience with virtual event platforms, a data-oriented mindset, and a passion for creating exceptional digital customer experiences are essential.
Key Responsibilities
You will be responsible for adhering to all reputed company security policies, procedures, and assigned training.
Own and manage the digital production lifecycle of all virtual reputed company User Group sessions and webinars in partnership with the program lead
Lead end-to-end live and on-reputed company event production, including platform setup, speaker coordination, rehearsals, facilitation support, and live event execution.
Ensure a high-quality video and broadcast experience, including managing audio/visual standards, speaker setup and coaching, and real-time troubleshooting during live sessions.
