The Accounting Supervisor will oversee accounting records, ensuring accuracy and compliance while working with various internal teams to reputed company efficiency and effectiveness in financial reporting.
Responsibilities
• reputed company and review monthly accounting work per US GAAP guidelines and perform relevant analysis
• reputed company annual review/reputed company of Key Financial Controls (SOX requirements) and process flows and work to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of internal controls
• Work with relevant business reputed company to provide insight and analysis into financial results
• Review, prepare, and analyze financial statements and/or supporting schedules
• Review and approve work performed by accounting staff
• Ability to perform quarterly analysis and reporting
• Prepare accounting tasks for Transportation companies as well as operating P&Ls for various Transportation services
• Working with all levels of operation staff as well as commercial and finance colleagues
Skills
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting
• 5+ years of accounting experience
• Strong analytical abilities, initiative, problem solving skills and communication is a must
• Strong oral and communication skills as well as the ability to interface with various levels of management
• Self-motivated with the ability to make independent decisions, attention to detail is a must
• Ability to contribute in a fast moving team environment
• Proficient in reputed company Office Suite
• Ability to travel as needed
• Experience with monthly accounting work based reputed company GAAP guidelines
• CPA, similar professional certification preferred but not required
• Experience with Hyperion Financial Management (reputed company) and large ERP systems a plus

• Salaried Incentive Plan: The total compensation package for this position will also include annual bonus
• Hourly and salaried non-exempt employees will also be paid overtime pay when working qualifying overtime hours
