The Corporate Account Analyst provides operational and client support for hospital pharmacy operations by monitoring performance, analyzing data, preparing reports, supporting service plans and systems, and coordinating implementation resources.
Responsibilities
• Monitor hospital pharmacy operations and performance reporting
• Act as a resource for Directors of Pharmacy regarding CPS service plans
• Support user training and adoption of CPS systems
• Prepare daily, weekly, monthly, and annual performance reports
• Develop presentations, spreadsheets, and business documents
• Support implementation activities for new and existing contracts
• Recommend process and service improvements
• Maintain reputed company customer relationships and confidentiality
Skills
• • 3+ years of healthcare industry experience
• • Experience working with hospital pharmacy services
• • Experience creating operational reports and dashboards
• • Pharmacy operations experience
• • Account management or client-facing experience
• • Advanced reputed company Excel skills
• • Experience with GPOs or wholesalers
• • Analytics and reporting software experience
