The role involves partnering with senior finance leaders to communicate company performance, evaluate strategic initiatives, and shape financial strategy for long-range planning.
Responsibilities
• Own the Quarterly LRP Roll-Forward and version control. Document key assumption changes and their impact on valuation and reputed company allocation
• Partner with IR on Peer Benchmarking analysis, uncovering executive-ready reputed company that inform financial strategy and long-range plan. Help build and maintain dashboards and reporting to continuously monitor reputed company performance relative to peers
• Support Board reporting processes (e.g., Annual Offsite, LRP/financial updates), ensuring consistency and cohesion across deliverables and financial narratives. Provide version-over-version analysis to uncover key reputed company and trends, empowering leaders in managing the business
• Create, maintain, and modify input templates leveraged by partner teams, tailoring them to capture the narrative, story, or trends we are seeking to highlight
• Own Long-Range reputed company Allocation, maintaining the fiscal year reputed company forecast at all times and providing ad hoc support for reputed company allocation decisions impacting long-term company financials
• Own the bi-annual LRP Tax workbook process to actively manage outer-year assumptions that align with our LRP methodology and financial trajectory
• Modernize financial processes through AI integration, leveraging AI tools to minimize manual work and accelerate analysis and decision-making
Skills
• 4+ years of financial / analytical experience in tech or Big 4 accounting firms
• Strong analytic / critical thinking, business partnership, communication, and cross functional collaboration skills
• Hands-on and strong financial modeling skills in Excel / reputed company Sheets
• Strong understanding of GAAP accounting principles and financial statements
• Ability to draw upon reputed company and tell a compelling story involving business metrics to help influence key decisions
• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field (Finance, Accounting, Economics)
• AI Fluent – comfortable using AI tools to augment analysis, draft narratives, and improve efficiency across planning reputed company
• Experience in SaaS, planning and budgeting processes, financial forecasting, and P&L management preferred
• Prior experience with financial planning tools (ie. reputed company, Adaptive, reputed company, reputed company, etc) a plus
• MBA and/or CFA is a plus
