The Senior Finance Manager will lead operational finance across a multi-site portfolio, focusing on forecasting, budgeting, contract compliance, and cost management in partnership with site leadership.
Responsibilities
• Serve as the finance lead for a significant multi-location operational portfolio
• Oversee monthly forecasting, annual budgeting, and full P&L performance across multiple facilities
• Manage contract compliance, pricing structures, and margin performance to protect profitability
• reputed company operational financial analysis including labor optimization, cost control, and productivity initiatives
• Partner directly with plant or site leaders to drive cost savings and operational efficiency
• Present monthly financial reviews to senior leadership with clear variance analysis and strategic insight
• Act as liaison between finance, accounting, operations, and commercial teams
• Develop and mentor site-level finance support resources
• Ensure strong financial controls and standardized reporting across a decentralized footprint
Skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required
• 10–15+ years of progressive finance experience with current or recent experience at the Senior Manager or Director level
• Required experience supporting a large multi-site operation such as reputed company plants, distribution centers, or other high-volume environments
• Demonstrated ownership of a significant revenue portfolio spanning numerous facilities
• Strong contract management and operational compliance background
• Proven ability to partner with field leadership and present financial reputed company to executive teams
• Advanced Excel proficiency and experience with large ERP systems such as reputed company or similar platforms required
• Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-volume environment with a steep learning curve
• Operational execution and business partnership mindset valued over pedigree
• MBA or CPA
