The role:

You’ll join a GDS-aligned digital team, tracking how services perform, building dashboards and turning data into clear recommendations that drive service improvements.

⚠️ Essential: prior UK Government / Public Sector experience and Active SC clearance.

What you’ll bring:

🌳 Previous experience in a UK government department or public sector body, ideally in a GDS delivery environment

🌳 Strong SQL

🌳 Experience working in Agile teams

🌳 Google Analytics, Splunk, Datadog or similar

🌳 Service performance dashboards in Data Studio / Looker Studio

🌳 Designed KPI/OKR performance frameworks for a service or product

🌳 Turning raw data into actionable insights and compelling stories

Bonus points for:

🌳 Power BI, Tableau, QlikView or Power Query

🌳 Python or R

🌳 Security and data privacy knowledge
