• Manage intake for a new networking group: review incoming lead forms, approve or deny applicants, and onboard approved members into the group
• Follow up with prospective members and support growth of the networking group as it scales
• Post pre-created social media content (30 days of posts already prepared) on Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok, about a couple of posts per day
• Monitor social media accounts after posting
• Answer afternoon customer service calls for the pest control company
• Handle personal calls for the client’s wife: take calls, gather information, and relay details so she isn’t inundated
-Provide general assistant support to the client on various personal and business projects

Must Haves
• Experience in customer service with strong phone communication skills
• Experience with lead intake, form processing, or onboarding
• Comfortable using Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok to post content (no creation needed, just posting it on his behalf)
• Organized and reliable, able to manage multiple tasks across different businesses
• Able to work independently on a flexible, evolving role
Nice to Haves
• Experience with FieldRoutes (CRM for service trades)
• Some sales background or sales skills, in case the networking group grows and needs more outreach
• Experience in pest control, home services, or the trades industry
