IBM MDM Tool & DataPower SME/Developer
Location: Washington, DC (Remote)
Duration: 11 months
Responsibilities:
• Administer ServiceNow for incident, request, and change management.
• Build, enhance, test, and maintain Toolkit and APDS using Java.
• Develop, troubleshoot, and deploy Java-based APDS applications and services.
• Support and develop the ID Toolkit for identity management and matching.
• Administer PSIM environments and infrastructure including deployments and upgrades.
• Support DataPower XML architecture across multiple IAM tools.
• Serve as SME for IBM DataPower device changes and integrations.
• Plan and execute platform patching, version upgrades, and maintenance activities.
• Provide architecture and integration support for the VHIC system.
• Coordinate with stakeholders and teams to resolve cross-system issues.
• Perform code reviews, testing, defect resolution, and production support.
