What You Will Do

· Coordinate routine campaign needs such as creative assets, specifications, approvals, launch checklists, and changes with internal teams and external partners.

· Assist with maintaining budget trackers, authorization records, media documentation, and billing support materials under supervision.

· Attend selected internal and client meetings, capture clear notes and next steps, and prepare follow-up drafts for review by an account manager.

· Help compile performance reporting inputs and basic research while learning the purpose of different paid media channels and campaign KPIs.

· Flag missing information, conflicting instructions, or approaching deadlines promptly; ask questions rather than assuming.

· Learn and consistently use agency tools, file conventions, and documentation processes to support several clients at once.
What You Bring

· No previous agency or paid media experience required.

· Exceptional attention to detail, organizational habits, follow-through, and ability to manage multiple small priorities.

· Clear, professional written and verbal communication and appropriate discretion with client information.

· Comfort with spreadsheets, shared documents, presentation software, and learning new systems.

· Curiosity, a service mindset, willingness to accept feedback, and dependable responsiveness in a fully remote environment.
Helpful Experience

· Coursework, internship, work experience, or volunteer experience involving coordination, customer service, marketing, or administration.

· Basic familiarity with Excel, PowerPoint, and online collaboration tools.
