Role Description
We are inviting applications for the position of Property Acquisitions Associate, supporting the continued expansion of our residential acquisitions operations across England.
The role focuses on identifying, evaluating and progressing property opportunities that meet the commercial and operational requirements of our clients.
Working remotely and in coordination with the wider business, associates will be responsible for developing relationships with property owners and industry professionals, conducting preliminary assessments of prospective properties and supporting transactions through the acquisition process.
Key responsibilities include:
• Identifying and evaluating residential acquisition opportunities across designated geographical markets.
• Establishing and maintaining professional relationships with landlords, property owners, estate agents, managing agents and developers.
• Assessing rental expectations, lease structures, property specifications and commercial suitability.
• Conducting preliminary market research and property due diligence.
• Coordinating property information, documentation and viewing arrangements.
• Supporting commercial negotiations and transaction progression.
• Maintaining accurate acquisition records and managing opportunities through the company’s CRM systems.
• Working collaboratively with management to ensure prospective properties align with client requirements and acquisition criteria.
Qualifications
• Previous experience in property acquisitions, residential lettings, estate agency, asset management, real estate or business development is desirable.
• Strong commercial awareness and understanding of residential property markets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship management skills.
• Ability to identify and evaluate commercially viable property opportunities.
• Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and ability to manage multiple transactions.
• Confidence engaging with landlords, agents, developers and other property industry stakeholders.
• Proficiency with CRM systems, spreadsheets and digital communication platforms.
• Ability to work independently, exercise sound judgement and maintain professional standards.
• Understanding of residential tenancy structures, property compliance or specialist housing is advantageous.
• A degree in real estate, finance, business or a related discipline is welcomed but not essential.

• Commission-based remuneration, with rates of 20–30% on eligible completed transactions.
