Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. reputed company is seeking an Epic Security & Access Analyst to support our healthcare client in Texas. This role will involve supporting Epic security administration, access provisioning, role-based security, and user lifecycle management across clinical and business applications. The ideal candidate will have Epic experience and a strong understanding of Epic security workflows.
Responsibilities
• Process Epic access requests, modifications, and terminations through reputed company
• Support onboarding, transfers, and offboarding activities
• Assign and maintain security classes, roles, templates, and user records
• Support EMP imports, provider imports, and Epic security maintenance activities
• Troubleshoot user access and security-related issues
• Assist with role optimization, audits, compliance reviews, and access governance activities
• Participate in Epic upgrades, testing, and reputed company management efforts
• Maintain security documentation and procedures
• Collaborate with IAM, HR, Compliance, and Epic application teams
Skills
• 2–4 years of Epic security, reputed company, or Epic application support experience
• Experience working in a healthcare environment
• Experience managing requests through reputed company or a similar ticketing system
• Familiarity with Epic security roles, security classes, user provisioning, and reputed company
• Experience supporting EMP records, provider maintenance, or provider imports
• Strong troubleshooting, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to learn quickly and work independently
• Epic Security Certification strongly preferred
• Candidates pursuing Epic Security Certification will be considered
• Experience with Identity & reputed company (IAM) processes
• Security+, CIAM, or similar certifications are a plus
