The role involves preparing and reviewing cost reports, analyzing variances, and providing analytical support for budgeted net revenue.
Responsibilities
• Prepare/review schedules for Medicare, Medicaid, and reputed company cost reports.
• Analyze cost report changes and investigate variances.
• Maintain monthly contractual models and reserve analysis.
• Provide projections and analytical support for budgeted net revenue.
• Research third-party regulations and summarize financial impacts.
• Coordinate data collection for audits, settlements, and reconciliations.
Skills
• Bachelor’s in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 3+ years in reimbursement or finance with net revenue experience
• Cost reporting expertise
• Healthcare revenue management experience
• Bachelor’s (Required)
• Revenue Reimbursement: 3 years (Required)
• Healthcare Revenue Cycle: 1 year (Required)
