We are seeking experienced Software Developers to contribute to an AI training project focused on software development, code quality, and system architecture. You’ll apply your technical expertise to evaluate code, document best practices, and provide real-world programming insights. No prior AI experience is required.
Key Responsibilities
• Design and implement scalable, maintainable software using Python, Java, JavaScript/Node.js, and full-stack technologies.
• Review code and provide actionable feedback on functionality, performance, and coding standards.
• Create and maintain clear technical documentation.
• Contribute to software architecture decisions and recommend best practices for scalability and stability.
• Analyze requirements and deliver high-quality technical solutions.
• Provide programming examples, explanations, and problem-solving approaches for AI training datasets.
• Communicate technical findings and solutions clearly.
Required Qualifications
• At least 5 years of professional experience in Python, Java, JavaScript/Node.js, or full-stack development.
• Strong expertise in software architecture, code review, and complex codebases.
• Experience creating and maintaining technical documentation.
• Ability to provide constructive code review feedback.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience collaborating remotely with distributed teams using digital tools.
Preferred: Familiarity with AI, machine learning concepts, or technology training datasets.
