Influencer Manager / Talent Manager (Commission-Based, Remote)
About the role
I’m Sophie Lesanek, a bilingual Mexican-Czech-American creator. My content centers on reconnecting with my Mexican and Czech roots, the “No Sabo” and third-culture experience, travel, and cinematic lifestyle storytelling. I’ve worked with brands like DoorDash, Pantene/P&G, and La Costeña, and I’m ready to grow into bigger partnerships.
I’m looking for an experienced manager to run the business side of my creator career so I can focus on creating.

What you’ll do
• Manage my inbox, including brand inquiries, follow-ups, and negotiations
• Run proactive outbound outreach to brands and agencies
• Find and pitch opportunities that grow my personal brand across short-form and long-form (YouTube)
• Negotiate rates, usage rights, exclusivity, and terms on my behalf
• Review contracts, flag red flags, and manage redlines, with comfort in influencer-industry legal language
• Coordinate gifted PR, events, travel, and logistics
• Track deadlines, deliverables, and payments
• Join a content / brand strategy call with me every two weeks (90 minutes)
• Stay in consistent, responsive communication
What you bring
• 5+ years in influencer, talent, or brand partnership management
• A strong network in travel, lifestyle, tech, and beauty, plus established PR agency contacts
• Proven negotiation skills and a track record of closing brand deals
• Strong contract knowledge and understanding of usage rights, whitelisting, and exclusivity
• Experience with both short-form and long-form (YouTube) creators
• Excellent time management and communication
• A deep network in the Latino/Hispanic market and bilingual Spanish is a big plus
Compensation
Commission-based: 20% of brand deals you secure. Independent contractor (1099).
